What is your fee structure?

• Initial Visit & Assessment - 2-3 hours including medical records’ review and a written report of findings, recommendations, and further work with me: $500

• Psychotherapy, Family Therapy, & Care Planning, in-person and virtual: $150/session
  

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance. My invoice will list diagnostic codes and services which your insurance may cover.

What are your specific credentials?

I am a Doctor of Public Health (Dr. P. H.), not an MD or DO.
